Novalda is an international Co-active Coaching and Participatory Learning and Action practice, created and directed by Kerry Woodcock.
‘Novalda’, meaning 'novel life' or 'new world', is a coined word derived from the Latin novus, meaning new or novel, and Old English w(e)orold (wer man + ald age, life), meaning world or life.
The vision of Novalda is that of a courageous new world, where each individual chooses to live their novel life, by daring to live their world of possibilities.
The mission of Novalda is to provide support and encouragement to people who dare to lead starring roles in both their personal and professional life; empowering them to lead fulfilling, multi-dimensional, amplified lives.
