It’s an experience designed to deepen the pre-flective, reflexive and reflective practice of those longing to expand their view, to flirt with potential, and to integrate innovative approaches into their very being.

Accredited team coaching supervision training pending European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) approval upon completion of the inaugural program. Pioneers in the inaugural program will be certified retroactively, upon program accreditation approval.

This is more than just a training – it is a personal development journey. 

Serving as a team coaching supervisor requires specialized knowledge and practice. This program brings together three qualified and experienced team coaches and supervisors in a peer group setting designed to develop your capability and capacity for supervision, while deepening your reflective practice.

Meet the Team Coaching Supervision Training Leaders

Three experienced team coaches and certified coaching supervisors co-lead this Coaching SuperVision training program. 

Larissa Thurlow brings extensive training and experience in working with individuals, groups and teams in education, finance, health, government, science and technology, and start-ups to facilitate reflective practice, learning, growth and development.

Sherry Matheson works with leaders and coaches to reveal what’s below the surface, enhance leadership capacity, increase personal awareness, and facilitate change.

Kerry Woodcock leads change for a world of change, coaching pioneers and influencers to amplify the power of relationship and lead over the edge of change. 

This team specializes in working with diverse people around the globe who are passionate about taking a stand and making a difference through the coaching work they love. Larissa, Sherry and Kerry create a lighthearted, quirky atmosphere which encourages you to learn and play at the same time.

The nitty gritty details

This program is designed for trained and experienced team coaches who want to expand their capacity to supervise team coaching in a 1:1, group and co-coaching format.

In becoming a coaching supervisor, not only do you actively participate in supporting others in their professional journeys, you also deepen your own reflective capacity and practice.


The International Coach Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) consider working with a coaching supervisor to be an important part of continuing professional development (CPD).


40 two-hour weekly Virtual Group sessions | Nine Month Program

These times reflect seasonal and geographical time zone changes. Note: no sessions will be held on December 21st or 28th.

Each week will consist of one (1) hour of theory and model exploration and one (1) hour of practical application.

Accredited team coaching supervision training is pending European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) approval upon completion of the inaugural program.
