About the Diploma in Team Coaching SuperVision
This is more than just a training – it is a personal development journey.
Serving as a team coaching supervisor requires specialized knowledge and practice. This program brings together three qualified and experienced team coaches and supervisors in a peer group setting designed to develop your capability and capacity for supervision, while deepening your reflective practice.
Accredited team coaching supervision education
Accredited team coaching supervision education pending European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) approval upon completion of the inaugural program. Pioneers in the inaugural program will be certified retroactively, upon program accreditation approval.

This team specializes in working with diverse people around the globe who are passionate about taking a stand and making a difference through the coaching work they love. Larissa, Sherry and Kerry create a lighthearted, quirky atmosphere which encourages you to learn and play at the same time.

Kerry Woodcock, Larissa Thurlow and Sherry Matheson have had the privilege of working and playing together in a range of roles and combinations over many years, as co-coaches, colleagues, co-leads, co-supervisors and friends. In 2021, they leaned into their courage and commitment to form a powerful, pioneering, co-creative trio to develop and co-lead this Team Coaching Supervision Training Program delivered through Novalda. Weaving together lightness and depth, championing and challenge with a dash of irreverence, they often joke that they are two parts sparkle and one part grass stains – no parts assigned!
What’s in this program?
Grow the competency to provide one-on-one and group supervision to team coaches/and or leaders, through extensive practice and feedback.
Develop the capacity for deeply reflective, reflexive and reflective practice in oneself, and the ability to co-create that space with and for others.
Integrate a range of coaching and supervision frameworks and practices, as you develop your unique supervision purpose, philosophy and practice.
Pursue your diploma in Team Coaching Supervision.

The nitty gritty details
This program is designed for trained and experienced team coaches who want to expand their capacity to supervise team coaching in a 1:1, group and co-coaching format.
In becoming a coaching supervisor, not only do you actively participate in supporting others in their professional journeys, you also deepen your own reflective capacity and practice.
This accredited team coaching supervision diploma is pending European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) approval upon completion of the inaugural program. Upon EMCC program accreditation approval, you will be able to use these hours for the educational requirement for the European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA).

One week break every seven weeks
No sessions on March 27, May 22, July 17 or September 11, 2024
Reflective Learning Groups, Peer Practice Pods and Coaching Supervision will also be scheduled as part of this program.
