The nitty gritty details

This program is designed for trained and experienced team coaches who want to expand their capacity to supervise team coaching in a 1:1, group and co-coaching format.

In becoming a coaching supervisor, not only do you actively participate in supporting others in their professional journeys, you also deepen your own reflective capacity and practice.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) consider working with a coaching supervisor to be an important part of continuing professional development (CPD).

Novalda now holds the Global Supervision Quality Award (ESQA) conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) for their Diploma in Team Coaching Supervision. You can use these hours for the educational requirement for the European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA).
