Novalda Conversations
Illuminate the unseen
What are Novalda Conversations?
Transforming Worlds Through Evolutionary Leadership
Novalda Conversations are free, lightly held 45-minute gatherings designed to explore the subtle dynamics of leadership, coaching, and systemic change. Offered twice a year in seasonal series, each includes four monthly sessions anchored in a timely and provocative theme.
Whether you coach teams, lead systems, or support transformation in any form, these conversations offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, your purpose, and the unseen forces shaping your work.
What to Expect
These conversations aren’t about answers or quick fixes. They’re about entering the reflective space where deeper insight can emerge individually and collectively.
Themes We Explore
Each Novalda Conversation Series dives into a core theme that speaks to the complexity of leading and coaching in today’s world. Examples include:
Cutting The Strings Of Collusion
Untangling Hidden Dynamics for Greater Objectivity and Impact
Explore how unconscious alignments with team members, leaders, or organizational stories can subtly entangle us and how to release them without losing connection or compassion.

Cutting the Strings of Collusion
Untangling Hidden Dynamics for Greater Objectivity and Impact
As team coaches and leaders of teams, we often navigate the delicate balance between connection and objectivity. Yet, without realizing it, we can become entangled in subtle dynamics of collusion—aligning with parts of ourselves, the team, its members, the leader, or the organization in ways that reinforce the status quo and limit transformation.

Lead change for a world of change
In this Conversations Series for team coaches and leaders of teams, we’ll explore:
- The polarity of collusion and objectivity: How empathy and connection can unintentionally lead to enabling patterns or avoidance.
- Where collusion shows up: From unconscious alliances with team members to over-identification with the leader’s perspective or organizational dynamics.
- Practical ways to “cut the strings”: Identifying and releasing the energetic and relational entanglements that diminish your presence and effectiveness as a team coach and/or leader.
- Through reflective dialogue and shared learning, we’ll uncover how breaking free from collusion can help us:
- Strengthen objectivity without sacrificing connection.
- Hold space for deeper transformation within teams and organizations.
- Reclaim energy and presence as a coach and/or leader, empowering us to coach and lead teams with clarity and integrity.
- This series is an invitation to illuminate unseen dynamics, recalibrate your role, and step into greater alignment with your purpose as a team coach and/or leader.

Co-Coaching in Complexity
From Role to Soul to Whole Partnership
Teams are not problems to solve. They are living systems shaped by history, power, relationship, and what is emerging in the wider field. Working well here requires more than tools — it calls for relational maturity, systemic awareness, and the capacity to stay present when causality is unclear and certainty dissolves.
Co-coaching responds not simply as a pairing of skills, but as a developmental partnership. When two coaches work together, difference becomes information: distinct ways of sensing, naming, pacing, stabilising, challenging, and attuning create a richer field of perception than any single coach can hold.
Scheduled for a series of 4, once per month March – June 2026 (First Tuesday of the month for 45 minutes)

This series also offers an opportunity to meet Kerry Woodcock and Sherry Matheson, experience their co-leading (co-coaching and co-supervision) partnership, and ask questions about Novalda’s Diploma in Team Coaching Supervision and Master the Art of Team Coaching, a globally recognized program supporting the developmental maturity of team coaches and supervisors working in complex systems.
There is no obligation — simply come curious.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who are Novalda Conversations for?
These conversations are for team coaches, co-leaders, and leaders of systems who are navigating complexity, transformation, and deep relational dynamics. If you’re drawn to reflective practice and courageous presence, you’re in the right place.
How often are the conversations held?
We offer two themed series per year, each consisting of four 45-minute conversations held monthly. You’re welcome to attend a single session or join for the full arc of the series.
What is the format?
Each conversation is live on Zoom and gently facilitated. You’ll be invited into reflection, dialogue, and deep listening. Some sessions may include breakout discussions or embodied prompts, though participation is always invitational.
Can I join mid-series?
Yes. Each conversation stands alone while contributing to the larger theme. Whether you join at the beginning or mid-way through, you’ll be met with presence and context to support your entry point.
Are the sessions recorded?
Sessions are recorded privately by Kerry to support integration and reflective learning. Recordings are not shared publicly. A select few may be curated in the future—with full participant consent for educational use.
Are there resources to support the series?
Yes. For each series, you can choose to purchase a Reflection Playbook, including practices, journaling prompts, and questions to deepen your experience. You may also book an optional 1:1 Integration Call for additional support.
Do I need to be a coach or leader to attend?
No formal role or title is required—just a willingness to engage reflectively. These conversations often resonate most with those who hold space for others, guide change, or navigate complexity in relational and systemic settings.
