Program Description
Whether a relationship is personal or professional, it can be a path to growth and is ultimately generative. The moment that two or more people meet, something is created – feelings, stories, plans or ideas. The relationship could produce something as mundane as a task list or as profound as a baby. Realizing the full potential of relationship involves understanding the different levels of reality in which relationship dwells, and becoming fluid at moving from level to level. Path provides tools for managing the conflict which can arise when people don’t share a vision or the same consensus reality. It also explores the significance of myths, the compelling and archetypal narratives that shape our reality, and ways to identify a ‘myth crisis.’
Three Levels of Reality – Discover why these levels are critical to the healthy functioning of any relationship.
Conscious and Unconscious Fears – Uncover and coach the high/low dreams that affect relationship behaviours.
Relationship Systems – Identify the deep meaning of each relationship system, and use tools that will help clients to access this meaning.
Relationship Myth & Myth Change – Find out why relationship myth functions as a governing structure, why myths need to change over time, and how to change them.
Intentional Emotional Fields – Learn to consciously create emotional fields that support specific coaching situations.
Tools & Techniques – Access strategies that help to bring an organizational vision down to a practical reality, and explore transpersonal aspects of relationship systems.
