How Embodied Radiance supports women navigating one of life’s most significant transitions.
Menopause is rarely discussed in leadership development.
Yet for many women holding significant professional and personal responsibility, it is one of the most profound thresholds of their lives.
Energy changes.
Priorities shift.
Identity begins to reorganise.
What once felt natural may no longer fit in the same way.
New qualities — clarity, discernment, truth-telling, boundary-setting — begin to surface.
This is not simply a biological transition.
It is a leadership threshold.
And when this phase of life is understood and supported well, it can become one of the most powerful periods of personal evolution and leadership maturity.
Embodied Radiance was created to meet this threshold with intelligence, depth, and care.

The Threshold Many Women Navigate Quietly
In our work with leaders, coaches, and change-leaders, we regularly see women navigating perimenopause and menopause while continuing to hold significant responsibility.
They are leading organisations.
Guiding teams.
Supporting families and communities.
Yet the experience unfolding in their bodies is rarely acknowledged in the spaces where leadership development happens.
Instead, responses tend to be fragmented.
A medical explanation here.
A mindset strategy there.
Advice about productivity or symptom management.
Very little space exists to understand the whole experience.
But what many women describe during this phase is not simply hormonal change.
It is a deeper reorganisation of energy, identity, and attention.
Some roles begin to loosen.
Certain expectations become harder to carry.
At the same time, new capacities often begin to emerge — greater clarity, stronger inner authority, and a deeper desire to live and lead in alignment with what truly matters.
Embodied Radiance was created to support this moment of transition.
Not as something to fix.
Not as something to push through.
But as a phase of life that deserves reflection, understanding, and thoughtful support.
A Collaboration that Holds the Whole Experience
Embodied Radiance is a collaboration between Novalda and Obliq3, bringing together complementary perspectives on human development and embodied intelligence.
At Novalda, our work focuses on leadership maturity, reflective presence, and the developmental thresholds that shape how people live and lead.
Obliq3, led by Kim Corrigan, brings deep expertise in working with the body’s energetic and physiological systems — helping people understand how hormonal shifts, nervous system responses, and energetic rhythms influence how we experience ourselves.
Together, this collaboration allows the work to hold both dimensions of the experience.
The biological shifts happening in the body.
And the developmental shifts unfolding in identity, awareness, and leadership.
Rather than separating these conversations, Embodied Radiance brings them together in a coherent and thoughtful way.
The Embodied Radiance Journey
The core offering is a 3-month small-cohort journey designed to support women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause as a meaningful life transition.
Within a small and intentional group, participants explore this threshold through a combination of:
• guided learning on the body’s changing rhythms and cycles
• reflective practices that help make sense of identity shifts
• group coaching conversations that support real-time integration
• a community of peers navigating similar transitions
Together, these elements create a container where participants can slow down enough to understand what is unfolding in both body and life.
Rather than approaching menopause as something to manage or overcome, the journey invites participants to explore what may be emerging through this phase.
Many women discover that alongside physical changes comes a deeper shift in perspective — a clearer sense of what matters, what no longer fits, and how they want to live and lead moving forward.
Retreats and the Wider Practice
Alongside the 3-month journey, Embodied Radiance also includes retreat experiences designed to deepen the work in a more immersive environment.
These retreats create space for reflection, embodiment practices, and conversation that allow participants to explore this threshold more slowly and intentionally.
Stepping away from everyday demands often allows participants to reconnect with the deeper rhythms of the body and inner life.
For many women, these retreat experiences become an important moment of integration — where insight, rest, and clarity come together.
Why This Work Matters
Leadership development often focuses on strategy, communication, and performance.
Yet leadership is also shaped by how we navigate the thresholds of our own lives.
When major life transitions are ignored or minimised, people are often left to navigate them alone.
When those transitions are met with reflection and understanding, they can become powerful catalysts for growth.
Embodied Radiance recognises that menopause is not simply a private biological event.
For many women, it is a moment when identity reorganises, priorities clarify, and leadership deepens.
Meeting that threshold well changes not only how we live — but how we lead.
