Our Experience

Our supervisors are deeply experienced in supervising and coaching across modalities and systems, and are recognized leaders in the global coaching community.

All hold the EMCC ESIA accreditation and are known for bringing courage, compassion, and nuance into their supervision.

Our Supervisors

Novalda’s team coaching supervisors are pioneers in the field as trainers, thought leaders, and accredited practitioners deeply engaged in their own reflective journeys.

As long-term co-coaches of teams since 2008, and subject matter experts for the ICF’s Team Coaching Competencies, they developed the first team coaching supervision training program to be globally accredited by the EMCC Global.

Every session felt like a deep dive—I never knew which shore we’d land on, but I always came away with insight.
Veronique Bogliolo Friedman
PCC, CPCC, ACTC
I valued the blend of individual and group supervision experiences. In the individual sessions, I could reflect on specific client situations and trends I can’t discuss elsewhere, while the group sessions offered grounding connection and space to explore broader social system patterns. Supervision has been a powerful way to develop both myself and my practice, and I see it as an important ethical responsibility for coaches.
Nic Etheridge Calder
MA, PCC, CPCC
I would recommend coaching supervision to other coaches because coaching can be a lonely profession, and it’s important to connect with peers. Coaches must walk the talk—looking at themselves and their work from “outside the bottle.” Reflecting out loud and getting live feedback is extremely valuable. These are the kinds of things that aren’t appropriate to discuss elsewhere, but are necessary to explore somewhere—and that somewhere is supervision.
