Become A Team Coaching Supervisor
Diploma In Team Coaching Supervision
Team Coaching Supervision
What Is It?
The Diploma in Team Coaching Supervision is an intensive, EMCC Global-accredited training program designed to grow and develop supervisors with a specialty in the supervision of team coaching. It equips you to confidently offer:
- One-on-One Supervision
- Group Coaching Supervision
- Co-Coaching Supervision
This is the first team coaching supervision training in the world to receive the prestigious EMCC Global Supervision Quality Award (ESQA). It weaves together the EMCC Supervision Competence Framework and the ICF Coaching Supervision Competency Model, along with EMCC and ICF Team Coaching Competencies.
At its core is the practice of transformational reflexivity—the ability to inquire into self, other, system, and the supervisory space itself through reflective, systemic, and ethical lenses. Through this lens, supervision becomes not just technique, but a way of being.
You’ll be accompanied by pioneering experienced supervisors—Kerry Woodcock and Sherry Matheson—within a supportive, intimate cohort of peers. Over nine months, you’ll step into the mirror, become the witness, and embody your own unique supervision signature.
