Transform Self. Lead Systems.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
Evolving Presence
Evolving at the Edge of Complexity
You’re no stranger to leadership. You’ve navigated structures, driven change, and mastered the conventional playbook. But now, something deeper calls. You sense the inadequacy of linear solutions in a complex world. You’re ready to lead differently—from presence, not performance.
Why Executive and Leadership Coaching?
In a world shaped by complexity, volatility, and accelerated change, executive and leadership coaching offers a rare gift: space. Space to pause, reflect, integrate, and reimagine. Our coaching supports you to:
- Sense into what wants to emerge rather than forcing outcomes
- Lead from inner alignment and systemic awareness
- Cultivate presence, attunement, and ethical maturity
- Expand your capacity to lead adaptive, transformative systems
- Resource yourself to lead with clarity, courage, and coherence
Our Coaching Approach: Reflective, Systemic, Transformational
Novalda’s approach to executive and leadership coaching is grounded in developmental theory and systemic practice, with a strong emphasis on reflective presence.
We co-create coaching relationships that are:
Developmental
Systemic
Reflective
Creating space to notice patterns, surface wisdom, and integrate learning

We listen beneath the surface, invite shadow and paradox into the conversation, and walk with you into the wild edges of becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between executive coaching and leadership coaching?
We use both terms because our work speaks to both audiences. Executive coaching often emphasizes performance and role-based development, while leadership coaching expands into identity, presence, and systemic awareness. At Novalda, we bridge the two—supporting leaders to evolve their inner world alongside their external impact.
Is this coaching more personal or professional?
Both—and more. We work with the whole person, understanding that transformation happens at the intersection of personal growth, professional insight, and systemic change.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That’s perfectly welcome. Part of the process is discovering what’s really calling for attention. We begin with curiosity, sensing together into what matters most right now.
Are the assessments required?
No. We offer assessments like the Leadership Circle Profile or MAP when they serve the coaching goals. Some clients love the insight they offer. Others prefer a more emergent, narrative approach. We’ll co-create what works best for you.
What if I’ve already done a lot of coaching?
Wonderful. This work meets you where you are—and invites you further. Many of our clients are looking for a space where they can reflect more deeply, integrate more fully, and be held with spaciousness and challenge in equal measure.
Can my team or organization engage with Novalda too?
Absolutely. We offer team and systems coaching and custom programs that complement individual coaching. Let’s talk about what’s possible
