- You're looking for a reflective space to refine your coaching presence and approach.
- You value feedback that is constructive, developmental, and rooted in coaching best practices.
- You are preparing for your ICF credentialing or renewal and want to meet mentor coaching requirements with depth and integrity.
ICF allows up to 10 hours of mentor coaching (10 CCE’s) to be submitted toward credentialing or renewal. This program provides 11 hours of mentor coaching.
What’s the Difference Between Mentor Coaching and Supervision?
ICF Mentor coaching focuses on enhancing your skills and competencies related to the ICF Core Competencies, helping you meet credentialing requirements and grow in coaching mastery. It’s structured, standards-driven, and geared toward feedback and development.
On the other hand...
Coaching supervision explores your internal process as a coach. It supports reflective practice, emotional resilience, and ethical maturity by providing a broader space to consider the relationship dynamics, personal triggers, and systems at play in your coaching practice.
Both mentor coaching and supervision are essential to becoming a well-rounded, impactful coach and serve different yet complementary purposes in your ongoing development.
This ICF Mentor Coaching Program Blends Personal Guidance with Peer Learning to:
Bring more mastery to your coaching practice.
Deepen your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
Grow your awareness of your impact as a coach through reflective, honest feedback.
Create an intentional space for developing the presence, skills, and mindset of a credentialed coach.
Fulfill the 10-hour ICF mentor coaching requirement for credentialing or renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between mentor coaching and supervision?
Mentor coaching supports the development of coaching competencies for credentialing and professional growth. Supervision explores the coach’s internal process, ethical challenges, and emotional awareness. Both are valuable and serve different developmental purposes.
Do I need to bring coaching recordings?
Yes. You will be required to bring recordings of your coaching to your one-on-one mentor coaching sessions for feedback and learning.
How many mentor coaching hours does this program include?
The program includes 11 hours total: 8 hours in group mentor coaching and 3 hours in one-on-one sessions. This exceeds the ICF’s minimum requirement of 10 mentor coaching hours for credentialing.
Will this count toward ICF credentialing?
Yes. This program fulfills the ICF mentor coaching requirement and can be used toward the ACC or PCC credential or renewal.
What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?
To receive your 10 hours for ICF credentialing, you must complete all three one-on-one sessions and at least 7 out of 8 hours of group sessions. Please be sure to hold the session dates firmly in your calendar to ensure you meet these requirements.
How experienced are the mentors?
Our mentor coaches hold credentials from ICF and EMCC, with years of experience mentoring, coaching, and supervising globally. They are committed to supporting your development with depth and care.
