A field. A practice. A path of evolutionary partnership.
Resonance
Practicing Evolutionary Partnership in Co-Leadership Program
Co-leadership & Collaboration
Welcome to Resonance
In a world that demands collaboration beyond hierarchy, Resonance offers a living path of co-leadership. This is not about managing roles side by side—but leading together as a coherent, attuned system. Resonance is where the space between becomes the source of your shared power.
Whether you’re a co-founder, co-CEO, or co-coach, you already know the quality of your relationship determines your impact. Yet most leadership development stops at structure and strategy—missing the relational field where true transformation takes root.
Resonance is a transformational journey into relational co-leadership. It blends systemic constellation work, reflective practice, and embodied relational practice to cultivate the presence, attunement, and alignment required to lead as one.
Why This Works,
and Why Now
This program arises from decades of practice, and is informed by a living lineage of influence:
- Virginia Satir, Bert Hellinger, and John Whittington – systemic healing, constellations, and field awareness
- Barbara Marx Hubbard & Marc Gafni – evolutionary intimacy and unique self
- Marita Fridjhon & Faith Fuller – relationship systems intelligence (RSI)
More than a synthesis, Resonance is a living integration
It draws from Kerry’s experiences co-leading with her father, Aidano Makange, and especially with long-time co-leader, co-coach, and co-supervisor Sherry Matheson, along with other past, present, and future co-leads whose presence continues to shape this field.
Inspired by a range of relational and systemic frameworks, this is a call to move from:
- task to transformation
- role to evolutionary purpose
- parallel performance to relational presence
- leadership as position to leadership as partnership
