Master the Art of Team Coaching blends their personal experiences with ICF team coaching standards in a mentorship that encourages you to grow alongside your own peer network. With a combination of modular programming that takes you through the team coaching process from start to finish and group and one-on-one mentoring you’ll develop the knowledge, awareness, competency and skills to develop the confidence needed to become a masterful team coach, all while working toward your ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching). Yes. Whether you’re just beginning your team coaching journey or refining an existing practice, this program meets you where you are. Foundational modules and guided mentoring help newer coaches build confidence, while advanced practitioners deepen and expand their approach.
Is this program accredited by ICF?
Yes. This program is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units—38 Core Competency and 2 Resource Development. It is designed in alignment with the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and supports your pathway toward the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Do I need to be actively coaching teams to participate?
Yes. Active engagement in team coaching is a requirement. You’ll bring real team coaching experiences into mentoring, case study development, and reflection throughout the program. This ensures applied learning and full integration of the competencies.
What makes this program different from other team coaching training?
It’s deeply experiential and grounded in real practice. You’ll engage in unscripted team coaching “real plays,” receive direct feedback from mentors and peers, and work within a developmental arc that integrates both personal and professional growth as a team coach.
How much time should I set aside for the program?
The 15-week journey includes eight 2-hour learning modules, seven 2-hour group mentoring sessions, three 1:1 mentoring sessions, and seven asynchronous reflections. We recommend setting aside 3–4 hours per week on average, plus integration time with your own coaching clients or teams.
Can this be delivered in-house for a team of internal coaches?
Yes. If you are part of an organization with multiple coaches, we can deliver a customized version of the program for internal cohorts. Contact us to explore options.
