This approach to team coaching mentoring offers a ‘matrix’ like way to step outside and around my team coaching in a unique way that enriches me as a team coach.

PCC, ACTC
The two of you were incredibly generous about sharing your whole process, the way it works, how you use it, so it felt like there wasn’t anything missing or that I couldn’t ask, and you were right there with answers and support.
Karen Radtke,
MA, CPCC, C-IQ | Leader, Team Coach, Talent and Organization Strategist
For me, it was really the missing link between all of the technical knowledge of what to do and how to do it.
