Who is Soul Sala for?
It’s for post-conventional leaders—those navigating deep transition, attuned to emergence, and ready to lead from soul. It is especially aligned for leaders, coaches, and changemakers seeking to integrate their inner work with outer impact.
Do I need to be spiritual to attend?
No specific beliefs are required. Soul Sala honours spirituality in a broad and inclusive sense—as the practice of presence, connection, and leading from essence.
What is the time commitment?
Soul Sala includes a 5-day, 4-night in-person immersion, monthly virtual reflective circles, one-on-one sessions with Kerry, and optional peer partnership. Most practices between sessions are self-paced.
What’s included in the in-person immersion?
The retreat includes shared accommodation at a luxury villa, daily breakfast, abundant lunches, snacks, and two curated evening dinners. The other two evenings offer the opportunity to explore the village and enjoy the local cuisine independently.
Is this program suitable for co-leaders or pairs?
Yes, pairs are welcome to apply. While Soul Sala is primarily a personal journey, co-leaders will find richness in moving through it in parallel.
Is the program gender-specific?
No. Soul Sala welcomes leaders of all genders.
Is travel included in the fee?
No. Travel, flights, and car rental are not included. We recommend renting a car to reach the retreat venue, which is about two hours from Barcelona or one hour from Girona. Participants are encouraged to connect in advance to explore carpooling or sharing a rental with fellow attendees.
